If Jim Esch wins the Congressional race in Nebraska's 2nd district, Nebraska will split its electoral votes for the first time ever. CNN has him leading in Douglas county 51/49 with 25% of the vote counted and behind in Sarpy county 56/44 with 64% of the vote.
