Why isn't Sarah Palin answering the questions? She basically said, "Look. You can ask me the questions you want, but I'm going to say what I want when I want, with complete disregard for the actual topics of the debate.

Biden is wonderful. He's clean and clear and is connecting with middle-class viewers. Palin is doing better than everyone expected, but her lines sound a little canned. We'll see how it develops.

Also, Palin thought she pulled a smart move by pointing out that "Barack has supported tax increases 94 times". Biden then responded that, by the same measure, McCain had supported them 447 times. Ouch.
