This is a terrible loss for former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani. He staked everything on Florida, and a third place finish will probably end his campaign. CNN is talking about his campaign in the past tense, and Jeffrey Toobin called it "the worst campaign of the millenium...possibly also of the last millenium."

Giuliani will decided tomorrow morning whether to stay in the race.

UPDATE:

CNN calls Florida for McCain over Romney. Aides in the Giuliani and McCain camps are discussing a possible endorsement in California as early as tomorrow.
